Emscote Infant School’s new Outdoor Classroom

A tea party to celebrate their new outdoor space was held on 2nd July 2018.

This outside classroom and quiet zone will be accessed by all children and parents.  The redesigned area will have many uses such as a place for children to sit and eat toast at break time, an outside classroom, an area for quite reading at lunch break and a place for parents to engage with their children and other parents at drop off and pick up time.

The area is carefully planted and complements the school’s Warwick in Bloom winning grounds.

This project was supported by a grant of £6,000 from The King Henry VIII Endowed Trust, Warwick and £6,000 from All Saints Church, Warwick from monies they received from The King Henry VIII Endowed Trust.
